As a Polestar Pilates comprehensive course Mentor, I support students and new teachers build confidence, deepen their understanding of the method, and develop a clear, authentic teaching voice. From refining the nuts and bolts of cueing and how to manage a class, to navigating the emotional side of teaching, I aim to provide guidance that is grounded, practical, and encouraging.
